Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Design engaging and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research to understand pain points and enhance the overall user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups that align with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation.
- Maintain brand consistency and adhere to design guidelines across all platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design.
- Ability to create responsive and visually appealing designs.
- Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing past UI/UX projects.
