Job Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth through lead generation, cold calling, email marketing, and online bidding. The ideal candidate should haveexpertise in building connections on LinkedIn, handling social media, and creating content for branding and promotion. A basic understanding of SEO is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
- Identify potential clients through research and outreach.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn networking.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
Cold Calling & Email Marketing:
- Reach out to potential clients via cold calls and personalized emails.
- Follow up on leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
- Maintain and update CRM with lead interactions.
Bidding & Proposal Writing:
- Work on bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.) to secure new projects.
- Prepare well-structured and persuasive proposals for clients.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
LinkedIn & Social Media Engagement:
- Build and nurture professional relationships on LinkedIn.
- Engage with potential clients by sharing relevant content and insights.
- Manage and post on company social media accounts to enhance brand presence.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years in business development, sales, or digital marketing.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Tools: Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and bidding platforms.
- Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with social media trends, email automation, and content marketing.
- SEO (Bonus): Understanding of keyword research, on-page SEO, and backlink strategies.
- Can Directly connect and discuss with clients.
- Bidding portal knowledge is preferred.
