Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and professional Personal Assistant to support in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on approach to administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the manager's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel plans
- Handle basic accounting tasks and assist with financial documentation
- Draft and respond to emails professionally on behalf of the manager
- Prepare reports and maintain records using MS Excel
- Manage files and office systems with basic computer knowledge
- Liaise with internal teams and external clients with fluent verbal and written communication
- Perform general administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as needed
Key Skills Required:
- Basic Accounting Knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Good command of Email Drafting and Communication
- Meeting and Calendar Management
- Strong Organizational & Time Management Skills
- Fluent in English and Hindi
